After spending 3 years as a Crew Forman and Lead Carpenter at Archadeck in Richmond, Virginia, Charlie Sandusky went on to become the Resident Designer and Technical Director for the Barksdale Theatre for 2 years. From there, he moved to Jacksonville, Florida and spent 4 years as the Construction Project Manager for Group IV Properties LLC until he decided to start his own company, Sandusky Inc., in 2009.
